Unlike standard resin discs that rely solely on grain hardness, our disc features a proprietary stearic acid coating (also known as a lubricating top coat). When friction heats the disc, this coating acts as a release agent, preventing aluminum and copper chips from "welding" to the abrasive grains. Operators will notice clean chip flow instead of black, smeared residue.

2. Open-Coil Abrasive Structure

While traditional "closed-coat" discs cover 100% of the surface with grain, our open-coat design covers only 50-70%. The wide gaps between grains act as chip breakers, allowing debris to eject naturally. This eliminates the need to stop and manually pick clogged metal out of the disc.
